Getting You Your Books

 

Our shipping and receiving department is here to make sure that your books get to where they need to go. We make sure that your order makes it to its proper destination. Our “No Go” system makes sure that everything on the scanned tag matches what is in our computer system; if it doesn’t match, it doesn’t ship. There is also a visual inspection to ensure your books are loaded and wrapped on the pallets properly. If everything checks out through both the computer check and the visual inspection, we prep it for shipping. Your shipping cost is also a concern, so we check every carrier for every shipment to get you the best prices. We have special trailers to make sure that your shipment stays secure!

Our shipping and receiving department is open from 11pm Sunday to 10pm Friday. It is a first come, first serve basis. Call or email Deb Peterson with any questions.
